Angajatii OMV au primit o injectie cu skill-uri de vanzare
Sunt uimit de schimbarea de atitudine la angajatii OMV. Nu numai ca sunt mult mai draguti in ultima perioada dar zici ca le-a fost administrata o injectie care i-a transformat pe toti in vanzatori. Daca pana acum cand imi comandam o cafea la statia de pe autostrada Bucuresti-Pitesti intrebarea “Nu ati dori si un produs de patiserie?” aparea uneori, acum este o constanta in comportamentul lor. Mai nou insa imi sunt investigate si necesitatile legate de sucuri, odorizante de masina, si, in ultima instanta daca toate celelalte dau gres si ma tin tare de protofelul meu, sunt atacat in spiritul de bun samaritean si mi se arata dragalasul catelus de plus care ar putea ajuta un copil orfan daca il cumpar pentru doar 20 RON. Foarte tare! Oare ce le-or fi facut?

In primul rand ma grabesc sa precizez ca nu au facut cursurile astea cu Trend Consult.
In al doilea rand pe mine m-au agasat cu aceste “skillsuri”. Si o data chiar am ajuns sa ne certam, pt ca tot insista sa-mi mai vanda ceva in afara de motorina. Cred ca e vorba si de o presiune mare venita de la management, nu doar de skills.
Oricum, reflexul de upsell si crosssell poate genera cresteri substantiale de venit.

Este prima data in experienta mea de fastfood-ist cand raspund “DA”. Sunt tare curios cu cat le-au crescut vanzarile prin schimbarea unei singure intrebari (daca intr-adevar ipoteza mea se verifica).
