Am participat la intalnire. Tot foi xerocopiate au fost si de data asta pe masa. Multe si copiate pe o parte. Curentul eco nu a ajuns inca la ei. Intalnirea a fost decenta, doamna cu care am discutat ne-a spus cu mandrie ce plafoane / constrangeri au mai coborat / disparut, cat mai sunt comisioanele. Insa nu era prea informata despre produsele concurentei. Ca sa poata sa-si vanda serviciile mai bine, cred ca ar fi ajutat-o sa le cunoasca mai bine si pe cele ale concurentei si sa ne explice unde stralucesc ei. Tot ceea ce ne propunea cu entuziasm foloseam deja.
Inca ceva: informatiile despre banca respectiva circula mai repede pe bloguri decat in interior, eu aveam informatii mai proaspete decat doamna. Concluzia pentru noi a fost ca nu schimbam banca.

Apropos de banci,
azi am vrut sa contractez niste servicii Unicredit si de-abia la a 3 -a sucursala la care am sunat a catadicsit cineva (intr-un tarziu) sa raspunda la telefon.
Daca ar fi sunat ocupat as fi inteles, dar in conditiile in care lasi sa sune pana se intrerupe cred ca ceva e putred.
Oare asa de indiferenti ii lasa criza pe toti angajatii din banci? O fi normala siguranta asta cu care ignora clientii?
O fi si aroganta un antidot…dar nu la situatia actuala.
Asta e mecanismul prin care in criza se selecteaza cei mai buni jucatori. Tu ai mai multe posibilitati de a alege, asa ca devii mai pretentios. Cei care te satisfac nu numai ca raman in viata, dar vor termina criza intr-o pozitie greu de ajuns din urma. Sa le uram succes si sa speram ca vom fi printre ei in industria noastra.
