Un efect pozitiv sesizat: Ni se cere sa GANDIM!
Pentru HR intotdeauna a existat o presiune din partea organizatiei de a actiona cu unelte calitative, astfel incat sa ajungi la radacina lucrurilor si de acolo sa pornesti actiuni.
Dar acum, presiunea este explicita. Construim sesiunea de evaluare din acest an doar avand in cap un reper proactiv: cum sa devina angajatii mai buni/ mai productivi. Managerul meu imi cere explicit sa-mi definesc reperul si apoi mijloacele prin care imi ating targetul si sa „ stick to it” – pentru orice actiune voi intreprinde impreuna cu echipa mea, de acum inainte.
Eu zic ca nu-i rau sa reincepi sa gandesti pornind de la fundatie. Si pana acum am facut-o, dar cu acel x% procent pe care ti-l permiteai sa nu dai atentie detaliilor in favoarea presiunii de timp. Acum mi se cere sa pastrez presiunea de timp pe locul 2, si sa trec la inaintare „ gandirea sistemelor in profunzime”.
Revin dupa ce ma dumiresc la ce obisnuinte renuntam acum, si ce deprinderi invatam – nou noute! J J
