Tre sa mă mut de criză
Da. Uite cum te face criza să acţionezi contra voinţei tale. Tre să mă mut, IAR….
Aproape când mă obişnuisem în noul loc, în noua casă, trebuie să îmi fac iară cutii, saci, muncă, bătaie de cap, stres, timp pierdut, oboseală, altă tranşă de bani de strâns, avansul de 2+1 (cel mai des întâlnit)…etc, nu mai vreau, mi-e pur si simplu silă.
Dar, e contra voinţei mele şi iată că va trebui să o fac.
Cauza: cursul euro. Dar acuma stau şi mă întreb unde ajung, de la o chirie de 500 de euro (apartament cu trei camere, închiriat în vara 2008), împărţită la trei persoane, şi la un apartament de două camere la 350 euro împărţit la două persoane (între timp una dintre prietenele cu care stăteam s-a mutat cu prietenul). Popunem proprietarului actual să ne mai lase la preţ, acesta spune un NU hotărât…
Calcul simplu, 500:3=167 euro/persoană sau 350:2=175 euro, dar decât să plătesc 250 euro mai bine mă mut şi da, se va vedea o economie de 75 de euro, deci mă mut.
Bun, văd trei apartamente în weekend, un confort doi, frumuşel, nou nouţ ca să zic aşa (proaspăt renovat cap coadă), dar proprietarul vrea 350 euro, 2+1, după cum spuneam PLUS impozitul plătit pe suma asta, deci duce la vreo 400 şi se mai scade din economie, ca să nu mai zic că e greu de făcut rost de acei 2+1, respectiv 1050 de euro. Apropo de asta, mai vedem un apartament, tot 350 euro, confort 1 ce-i drept, însă arata groaznic, pereţi urâţi, baie urâtă fără niciun fel de îmbunătăţire…etc şi întrebăm totuşi cum doreşte omul banii şi zice 2+1, evident! Atunci noi replicăm 1+1 nu se poate? Şi acesta zice, păi cât înseamnă? 1050 de euro! E, păi e puţin, nu? Ce uşor e de spus când ai bani DOAR de încasat, nu?
În concluzie, după ce că ar trebui ca această criză şi aceste reduceri ale preţurilor de închiriere să fie în avantajul nostru, al celor care vor să închirieze tot proprietarul are mari pretenţii. Când de curând citesc un studiu realizat de o mare companie de consultanţă imobiliară care arată că cei care caută să închirieze nu mai fac contracte pe perioadă foarte lungă şi vor să stabilească preţurile cu proprietarii în lei. Unde, unde, unde sunt proprietari atât de flexibili în Bucureşti? Că vreau şi eu…..

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don’t have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn’t write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.

Good points…I would note that as someone who really doesn’t write on blogs much (in fact, this may be my first post), I don’t think the term “lurker” is very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault really , but perhaps the blogosphere could come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that enjoy reading the content .
