Stare de criza…inca din vara lui 2008
Personal, pot sa spun ca aceasta situatie numita si criza m-a luat pe sus inca de prin mai-iunie 2008.
Pe acea vreme lucram in industria auto si lucrurile o luasera razna rau de tot. Spun asta bazandu-ma in primul rand pe ceea ce imi spuneau/reclamau clientii cand ii intalneam in showroom sau in service. De fapt intregul an 2008 mi s-a parut a fi un balon ce se umfla in fiecare zi suficient de mult pentru a face “Kabum” la un moment dat. Drept urmare am decis sa-mi dau demisia si sa incep cautarea unui alt job. Initial m-am gandit sa merg mai departe pe drumul cunoscut numit Customer Care, dar apoi m-am gandit ca acesta ar putea fi cel mai bun moment de a alege ceva nou, indraznet, provocator. Si castigatorul a fost domeniul training-ului.
Si aici se vorbeste despre o criza, lucru care ma sperie putin, mai ales din punct de vedere financiar. Asta in primul rand datorita faptului ca sunt la inceput de drum. Poate ca nu mi-am ales cel mai bun moment in care sa-mi schimb orientarea profesioanala. Dar mi-am asumat acest risc. Asa ca inainte de “a ma criza” vreau sa vad ce se intampla daca duc la bun sfarsit proiectele anului 2009 (an de mare incercare profesionala pentru unii dintre noi).
Asa ca dimineata, cand ma uit in oglinda imi spun “Zoe, fii barbata!” si merg mai departe zambind.
