Buna dimineata,
Criza are si un efect pozitiv pt businessul in care lucrez (industria de training): se gasesc mai usor oameni buni.
De cand a inceput sa creasca afacerea de care ma ocup (de prin 2004), principala problema pt dezvoltare a fost gasirea profesionistilor care sa devina si traineri ft buni. Motivul era simplu: daca avea experienta si succes, de ce sa vina sa lucreze la noi in loc sa-si faca propria firma?
Situatia s-a schimbat spectaculos in ultimele luni. Nu numai ca primim cel putin un CV pe zi, dar conditiile de angajare sunt mult mai avantajoase pt noi acum, adica pachetele cerute de oameni buni si ft buni sunt substantial mai reduse decat la inceputul lui 2008. Asta ne-a permis sa ne crestem echipa fara sa riscam compromiterea bugetului.

Cred ca este un efect dorit de angajator totusi cred ca nu este adevarat. In criza e cel mai greu sa-ti pastrezi oamenii buni. Am tot vazut articole scrise de HR manageri plini de bucurie si entuziasm cu mesaje o sa platim mai putin pentru oameni foarte pregatiti. Tu ce crezi ca eu care sa presupunem ca sunt bun plec in criza pe oportunitati si salariu mai mic. R-ul din smart lipseste cu desavarsire
Daca tu eti bun si firma ta face concedieri, sau reduce salariile, sau reduce bonusurile, sau nu mai plateste salariile, sau nu mai ai clienti de care sa te ocupi, sau, sau, sau… o sa-ti cauti un alt job si o sa ceri mai putin decat ai fi cerut acum un an. Niciodata nu am primit atatea CVuri interesante. It’s a fact. Cum se explica?

mai poti adauga inca una: vin 600000romani din spania si italia si sa vezi ce de ingineri de vanzari o sa gasim printre ei!
Domnule Adrian…oamenii buni se gasesc greu atat in perioadele de criza cat si in perioadele de relaxare. salariile acestor oameni…sunt cam aceleasi in ambele perioade!
apropoo…eu nu am vazut nici un “guru” disponibilizat sau venit de afara dar vad aceleasi cv-uri tembele care sunt aplicate la job-urile publicate!

Adi are dreptate: un om bun poate ramane pe bara din cauze independente de actiunile sale. De exemplu firma la care lucreaza are numai oameni buni, dar trebuie sa dea afara din ei. Oricine ia eject e bun. Si somer. Asa ca daca are rate, facturi, s.a.m.d. s-ar putea sa caute de lucru si pe bani mai putini.
Inca ceva: omul bun cu sef dobitoc s-ar putea sa nu mai suporte istricalele care cresc in frecventa si amplitudine in momente de criza. Asa ca si-ar putea lua campii preferand un salariu mai redus dar un climat mai potrivit. Nu de alta, dar omul bun stie sa se faca indispensabil si sa-si renegocieze salariul ulterior
In activitatea de dimensionare ii tai pe cei care nu pot sa aduca valoare si ii motivezi pe cei care pot sa te ajute.
Eu vorbesc de ce poate pierde o companii nu doar de ce se poate castiga.
Efecte:
1. Toti jucatorii primesc mai multe cv-uri, aici sunt ok. Nu combat asta.
2. Daca nu iti pastrezi oamenii buni pleaca. Asta e punctul meu de vedere.
EPILOG
Angajatorul treb sa fie mai precaut cu oamenii buni pt ca ii poate pierde mai usor, si in contextul unor disponibilizari poate sa piarda linia de business.
Un exemplu foarte clar este AIG care a fost pus in situatia de a pierde foarte multi oameni buni pt ca nu mai putea sa le ofere bonusurile conform performanteleor (chiar daca spuneti ca nu-i un exemplu bun, unii din AIG poate chiar sunt buni. AIG s-a adaptat oferind un bonus pt a ramane cu compania.
Un exemplu de pe meleagurile noastre. Compania X a vrut sa faca restructurari evaluand oamenii dintr-un departament cu performantele asteptate de conducere.
Efect: au plecat 2 seniori (peste manager) care aduceau contracte importante.
